Borderlands is a new artist residency being built in the rural hills of Pennsylvania - designed for the practicing artist who needs a nurturing space in a natural setting to advance a creative project. Tentatively opening 2027-2028.
Priming/painting for the mural took approx. 4 days (plus an evening to project the image) Not much out there right now except for cows, deer, trees, rabbits, more trees, apple orchards, and tranquil evenings. As the lyric in the Talking Heads song goes, it’s “A good place to get some think-ing done!”
